Publishing photographs on the internet policy
1. Introduction
The company may arrange shooting (still/video). The tour participants shall have no objection to the shot material being used as publicity material by the company as this may be part of our holiday packages. We may take photographs of a specific person or group that might be published on the internet for legitimate interest. This can include commercial interests, individual interests or boarder societal benefits and our tour guides may give warnings that photography will be atking place during the tour or maybe highlighted on the holiday package. 

2. Are clients obliged to be taken photos?
An individual may raise concern or alert our tour guide or photographer that he/she wouldn't want to be taken any of the photos and will not pause for any photo for the duration of the tour. Clients are advised to provide a clear opt-out and to remove themselves from the photo areas, say no thank you. If a participants pauses to any of the photos takes during a tour - he/she accept that the company owns the right to the photos taken.

3. Who owns the right to photos taken?
Generally, we own full rights to all our photos taken by us and we shall protect them with our waterwark as a sign that they belong to the company. As a company we have exclusive rights and allowed to set conditions with regards to what interested parties may or may not do with our image. These images will be shared to whatsApp group to all clients who were part of the tour.

4. Photographs of crowds or groups
If crowd shots are taken during an event we have no need to find legal basis to take, display or publish the photo. This applies to any individual. clients and staff in crowd scenes or group photos.

5. Photographs of children
We may obtain consent from a parent or guardian. This may be verbal or written depending on the cirmcimstances
