The booking of a flight date will only be held upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
Proof of electronic payment along with • passenger NAMES, SURNAMES and WEIGHTS must be emailed to accounts@giftingstours..co.za.
Flights will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment 30 days prior to the date of the flight, • unless otherwise stated by us.
Upon receipt of proof of payment, a flight confirmation and map to the launch site will be sent.
Should a flight or flight package be cancelled by the passenger within 30 (thirty) days prior to the flight date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the flight payment will be levied.
If a flight is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the flight will either be re-scheduled, or the payment refunded.
Refunds will be transacted via the same channels from which they were received and will be nett of a standard administration fee.
RnR Flights – are non-refundable under any circumstances but can be rebooked within a 12-month period from the purchase date.
Flights that are paid in full will take precedence over other bookings on a “first come first served” basis, unless otherwise stated by us.
Flights are aircraft specific and are thus subject to aircraft serviceability and availability. Guests with any medical conditions, that they feel AirVentures should be made aware of, accept the responsibility to advise us accordingly.
All passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight and must be able to enter and exit the basket.
To conform with the industry accepted practise, we consider it unsafe to fly when pregnant.
Children under the age of 7 yrs. are not permitted to fly. Children will only be flown if they are able to understand and respond to the briefing and other instructions from the pilot, are able to adopt the correct landing position, and to firmly hold onto the internal handles. Children should also preferably be 1.3m in height to be able to see over the side of the basket. •
